1. Rosemary Oil
Rosemary is excellent for hair health. Just like rosemary water promotes hair growth, rosemary oil works wonders too. Here’s how you can make it:
Heat a pan on the stove and add fresh rosemary leaves (easily available online or in shopping malls). Add some aloe vera gel to it. Boil the mixture well. After about 30 minutes, strain the oil. Once cooled, store it in a bottle. For added benefits, you can mix in a Vitamin E capsule. Use this oil two to three times a week for the best results.
2. Multi-Ingredient Coconut Oil
Grandmothers have always trusted coconut oil for hair care — and it still works like magic!
Here’s how you can make a powerful hair oil:
Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add mustard oil, hibiscus flowers, hibiscus leaves, fenugreek seeds, black cumin seeds (kalonji), curry leaves, cloves, dried Indian gooseberry (amla), aloe vera, and onion. Boil everything thoroughly. Once cooled, strain and store. Apply this oil three times a week. You’ll notice a significant reduction in hair fall.
